Savage Lee is a dedicated source for the Unkempt Harold. He can appear at two places in Three Horns – Divide, so check both before resetting the map. The extra location is only a possible Lee spawn, not a second guaranteed boss. The Harold itself is also a chance-based drop.
Repeatable map farm: check the two locations, fight Savage Lee if present, then save-quit to reset. Neither Lee at both spots nor the Harold drop is guaranteed.
Stop when you have a Harold that fills your pistol slot well, or when your character has outleveled the weapon.
