WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Use the Eridian Fabricator aboard Sanctuary III after acquiring it during the campaign and completing the story to access its legendary mode.
The Eridian Fabricator converts Eridium into a chance at Legendary weapons through its alternate firing mode. This is a way to spend saved material when you want a broad gear roll, not a targeted farm for a specific item. Compare what appears with your build and stop once your material budget is reached.
Before you go Acquire the Eridian Fabricator during campaign progression. Complete the main campaign to unlock the legendary firing mode. Have Eridium available to spend. Make inventory space for possible weapon drops. Travel to Sanctuary III and equip the Eridian Fabricator. Switch the weapon to its Legendary firing mode. Fire it and let the legendary items land on the floor. Inspect the weapons and compare their effects and stats with your current gear. Collect useful items and leave unwanted drops behind or sell them. Repeat only while the results justify spending the remaining Eridium. Farming tips Set a budget before firing; this method spends Eridium quickly without targeting one named weapon. Keep a dedicated-source route for a specific item, since the Fabricator uses a broad random pool. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable while you have Eridium. It is a material-spending conversion, not a farm that generates its own Eridium or guarantees a particular weapon.
Common mistakes Trying to use legendary mode before the story unlock: finish the campaign first. Expecting a particular legendary from each use: treat results as random and broad. Spending all Eridium without a gear goal: stop at your budget and reserve material for other uses. When to stop or switch Stop when you have useful upgrades or reach the Eridium amount you set aside for this use.
