WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Earn Specialization XP from unfinished side missions

Uncompleted side-mission markers across Kairos, tracked from the ECHO map and Missions menu after the main story.

Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Open the Missions menu and identify a side mission that is not marked complete.
  2. Track it, then use the ECHO map to locate its start marker and travel there.
  3. Accept or resume the mission from its marked quest giver or objective.
  4. Follow the active objective markers through the mission; complete required encounters and interact with highlighted objects.
  5. Finish the final objective and return to the marked turn-in point if the mission requests it.
  6. Collect the mission completion XP and any displayed quest reward.
  7. Open the Specialization interface, check for points earned through XP, and spend them in your chosen tree.
  8. Choose another unfinished side mission from the map and repeat while suitable quests remain.

Repeat, collect and use

Each side mission can be completed once per character. The collection loop is to clear available unfinished quests, collect their XP at completion, spend resulting Specialization points, and move to another uncompleted mission; there is no repeat reset for completed side missions.

Common mistakes

  • Revisiting a completed quest for another turn-in: verify it is unfinished in the Missions menu before making the trip.
  • Leaving before the marked turn-in or final objective: follow the active mission marker until completion registers and rewards are collected.
  • Expecting a fixed number of Specialization points per quest: XP progression varies with play, so check the Specialization interface after earning XP.

When to stop or switch

Stop when the remaining side missions are complete or their travel and objectives no longer suit your session; continue Specialization progression through another available XP activity.
