Before you go
- Unlock the areas you plan to visit.
- Have enough inventory capacity to collect useful weapons and sellable items.
- Use the red chest filter on the map to identify locations.
Farming steps
- Open the area map and select the red chest markers for the zone you want to cover.
- Choose a route anchored by available fast-travel stations to limit unnecessary travel.
- Travel to the first marked chest and open it.
- Follow the planned route to each accessible red chest in the area.
- Compare new equipment with your current loadout and keep upgrades or useful alternatives.
- Sell unwanted items at a vending machine when the route brings you nearby.
- Change zones or reload only when you want to check whether a collected chest has reset.
- Plan a compact route through one area before adding distant locations; this keeps the run focused.
- Reserve backpack space for weapons worth keeping and sell the rest rather than carrying every item.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable as an area collection route, but individual chests may require a zone transition or reset before contents return. Do not assume every chest refreshes immediately.
Common mistakes
- Using boss markers when looking for containers: choose the red chest filter specifically.
- Expecting a chest to refill as soon as you open it: check reset behavior after leaving the zone.

When to stop or switch
Stop when your inventory is full, the route stops producing useful upgrades, or you have covered the area’s reachable markers. Move to another unlocked area when you want a fresh set of containers.
