This route combines a currency goal with a chance at the Thingy rocket launcher. The fight is in a hidden cave in Serenity’s Waste and is a repeatable encounter. Moonstones and the launcher are drops to collect when they appear, not guaranteed rewards. Use the route when both currency and broad boss loot are useful to you.
Before you go Reach Serenity’s Waste and locate the route into Iwajira’s cave. Bring a build and weapons suited to a boss fight. Leave enough inventory capacity for Moonstones and equipment drops. Travel to Serenity’s Waste and follow the discovered route to the hidden cave. Enter the arena and engage Iwajira. Focus damage on the boss while avoiding incoming attacks. After the fight, inspect the arena for Moonstones and equipment. Check any launcher drops for the Thingy, and compare it with your current weapon. Collect the useful output and leave the area. Save and quit, reload the character, and return to the cave for another attempt. Farming tips A lower difficulty mode can make the fight faster if your goal is currency rather than challenge. Use the kill for both goals: keep useful drops, but do not assume a Thingy appears on every run. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable: defeat Iwajira, collect whatever drops, then save and quit and reload to reset the encounter.
Common mistakes Treating the Thingy as a guaranteed reward wastes time; it is a chance drop, so set a reasonable stopping point. Entering without suitable damage or survivability can make each run inefficient; adjust your build or difficulty before continuing. Confusing this with a chest farm overlooks the boss reset; reload the character before returning for another kill. When to stop or switch Stop when you have enough Moonstones for your planned purchases or a Thingy variant that serves your build.
