WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Iwajira’s cave in Serenity’s Waste and Janey Springs’ Grinder in Concordia.

Plan Moonstone spending before processing gear repeatedly. Iwajira in Serenity’s Waste is a repeatable source, and the Grinder in Concordia uses Moonstones for its special Grind option. This guide connects the two activities into a measured progression loop: collect currency, set a budget, then use it on inputs that are worth consuming.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock access to Serenity’s Waste and Iwajira’s cave.
  • Unlock the Grinder by completing Grinders in Concordia.
  • Know whether the next priority is an upgrade, Moonstone chest, or special Grind.
  1. Check your current Moonstone balance and decide what it needs to cover.
  2. Travel to Serenity’s Waste and defeat Iwajira.
  3. Collect the Moonstones and useful drops from the arena.
  4. Save and quit, reload, and return to the boss if you still need currency.
  5. Stop farming when the reserve covers your planned spend.
  6. Return to Concordia and sort expendable items into a valid recipe.
  7. Choose Moonstone Grind only after checking its cost and confirming the inputs are safe to consume.
  8. Inspect the output and update your reserve before deciding on another attempt.

Farming tips

  • Set aside currency for a priority upgrade before spending on optional Luneshine attempts.
  • Iwajira has other loot potential, so check drops while farming currency rather than discarding everything automatically.

Repeat, collect and use

Iwajira can be reset repeatedly; Grinder attempts are repeatable only while you have Moonstones and expendable valid inputs. Amounts and results vary.

Common mistakes

  • Grinding before choosing a budget can consume currency meant for an upgrade; check balance and priorities first.
  • Counting on a fixed Moonstone amount per kill can misstate how many runs you need; use the collected balance.
  • Using valuable inputs for a speculative result risks losing useful gear; only process expendable items.

When to stop or switch

Stop the currency loop when your planned spend and reserve are covered, then switch back to campaign or another gear goal.
