When you need the special materials associated with Dungeon Anomaly completion, target the Dungeon format and finish its full route. The format culminates in a dedicated boss and a reward chest; leaving early forfeits the specific completion target. This article concerns the boss-chest materials rather than every crafting material in Chronicon. Random and Dungeon Anomalies are also recorded sources of Memory Essence, but its reward is not a reason to expect a particular quantity or item from every run.
Before you go Complete the campaign and unlock Dungeon Anomalies. Bring a build able to clear three floors and the final boss. Make room to collect the chest reward and sort materials afterward. At Tinka’s Domain, open the Anomaly selector. Choose Dungeon Anomaly rather than Random or Endless. Set a difficulty that allows a full clear. Enter and clear each floor, collecting materials you encounter along the way. Follow the exits until you reach the final boss room. Defeat the boss and open the large completion chest. Collect the special crafting materials and Rune drops, then return to town to review your stock. Repeat the route if you still need more materials. Farming tips The reward chest is the focus of this farm; prioritize finishing the boss route over wandering after the necessary drops. Track the exact material you need in your crafting plan so you can stop once the stock is sufficient. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable after unlocking Dungeon Anomalies. Chest contents are rewards, not a guarantee of a particular material or amount each time.
Common mistakes Entering Random Anomaly for the dedicated Dungeon boss chest; select Dungeon mode. Stopping after the floors and skipping the boss; complete the route to access its finale reward. Assuming Memory Essence and boss-chest materials are interchangeable; check your recipe before farming. When to stop or switch Stop when your planned crafting stock is met, or switch difficulty if the boss prevents dependable chest access.
