WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Outdoor farm plots in Spring; buy seeds from Sam’s General Store in Starlet Town.

Spring planting depends on choosing crops whose season and growth period fit the calendar. Turnip is a fast Spring option, while Radish grows in both Spring and Summer. Use those details to shape a field you can water reliably, and reserve any harvest needed for an active goal before shipping surplus.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Hoe and watering can
  • Spring seeds from Sam’s General Store
  • A field size you can water each day
  1. Visit Sam’s General Store and check the crop details for the seeds currently available.
  2. Compare each crop’s season and growth period with the days remaining in Spring.
  3. Choose a manageable planting area; consider Turnip for a shorter cycle or Radish if you want a crop that also grows in Summer.
  4. Hoe the chosen plots and plant the seeds.
  5. Water growing crops daily and check them as they approach maturity.
  6. Harvest ready crops, then compare the produce with active altar bundles and requests.
  7. Store needed items and ship only the surplus; leave eligible Radish planted if you intend to tend it in Summer.

Farming tips

  • Plant only as much as you can water consistently; a small, well-maintained plot is easier to manage.
  • Keep a spare copy of a crop when a bundle or request may need it.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat the purchase, planting, watering, and harvest cycle while Spring timing permits. A crop that grows in both Spring and Summer may remain useful across the transition; other crop schedules vary.

Common mistakes

  • Buying a large seed supply before checking the crop season and maturity: compare those details with the calendar first.
  • Shipping every harvest before checking goals: reserve items required by bundles or requests.
  • Planting more than you can care for: expand only when daily watering remains practical.

When to stop or switch

Stop planting a crop when its listed growth period no longer fits the remaining season. Harvest mature crops and save seed funds for the next season, or continue tending an eligible Radish crop into Summer.
