Before you go
- Own Phantom Liberty and unlock Dogtown airdrops by starting “Lucretia My Reflection” and leaving the hideout.
- Reach level 41 for the documented recurring Iconic pool.
- Be ready to fight or safely bypass the Barghest cache guards.
Farming steps
- Confirm Pit Bull is the weapon you want and that it belongs to the recurring pool rather than a fixed placement.
- Explore Dogtown until an incoming aircraft cue signals an opportunity.
- Locate the red smoke, then follow the beeping to the supply cache.
- Use nearby cover to engage the guards, or move to the cache safely if you can avoid the fight.
- Interact with the cache and complete the Breach Protocol prompt if one appears.
- Inspect the contents for Pit Bull and collect the weapon if it is there.
- If the target is absent, clear the cache, note your progress, and continue through Dogtown for a later drop.
- The recurring pool starts at level 41 according to the documented current route.
- Secure the cache before leaving its vicinity; an active opportunity can despawn when abandoned.
