Before you go Unlock Endless Desert. Build through the 7:00 Cursed fight with enough health and mobility to continue. Bring both boss damage and enough area control to handle obstructing supporting insects. Start an Act 2 run and build through the early waves. Before 7:00, defeat The Cursed and collect the checkpoint reward. Check the shop after that boss if an available item would improve the run. Approach the 14:00 mark with open space and a clear movement route. When the Insect Queen appears, attack her while watching whether supporting insects obstruct your damage or movement.
