WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Act 3: Darkmoor, across its boss checkpoints and chest encounters.
Darkmoor is the Tier 3 realm in the currently covered game edition. Bosses and chest encounters can provide equipment, and completing boss checkpoints improves access to better item quality through the shop. Exact Act 3 drop counts and item tables are not established here, so treat each reward as variable.
Bring a build able to survive Darkmoor’s hazards and boss encounters.
Have a clear gear need in mind so you can judge drops quickly.
Start a Darkmoor run with a build that can handle both groups and single targets.
Approach the 7:00 Frog King checkpoint with an escape route and spare mobility.
If you survive, continue to the 14:00 Scarecrow and watch for projectiles and arena hazards.
Reach Lady of the Lake at 20:00 only when the run remains stable; avoid trading health for unnecessary attacks.
Follow yellow minimap dots when safely reachable and open chest encounters for their variable loot.
After the run, compare equipment with your current pieces and equip useful Tier 3 upgrades.
Farming tips
Use the in-game item result to judge a drop; do not expect a fixed boss-specific unique.
If deaths erase the value of a full-clear attempt, farm earlier Darkmoor checkpoints or a reliable Act 2 run.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Darkmoor runs for variable Tier 3 gear from completed encounters and chests. The route is repeatable, but individual items and quantities are not guaranteed.
Common mistakes
Treating every Act 3 boss as a guaranteed source of a particular item; inspect actual rewards.
Rushing the next boss after losing most survivability; secure a useful earlier checkpoint instead.
Confusing a high rarity with a higher realm tier; check the item’s tier.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your current build no longer benefits from available upgrades, or switch to an Act you can complete more consistently if Darkmoor losses outweigh its rewards.
