Before you go
- Unlock Endless Desert.
- Bring a build that can survive the first boss and continue through the Act if possible.
- Know which equipment slots or effects your current build needs.
Farming steps
- Start an Endless Desert run and build for steady wave clear and boss damage.
- Defeat The Cursed at 7:00; its defeat raises the shop’s item quality ceiling.
- Check available shop items and compare them with your current gear.
- Continue to the Insect Queen at 14:00, defeating helpers if they prevent meaningful damage to the boss.
- After the Queen, check the shop again and evaluate any encountered chest rewards.
- Reach The Djinn at 20:00 if the run remains stable, then return to town and equip useful upgrades.
- Act 2 is Tier 2; item rarity does not by itself establish tier.
- A partial run that secures a boss checkpoint and useful shop access can be more practical than repeatedly losing before the final boss.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Act 2 runs for variable equipment from bosses, chests and the shop. Keep upgrades and continue replacing them as better gear appears; no named item is assured.
Common mistakes
- Assuming a boss guarantees a particular unique; judge only the actual reward.
- Ignoring the shop after a boss raises its quality ceiling; check what is available before leaving.
- Pushing into a later checkpoint with a build that cannot survive; farm the highest reliable checkpoint first.
When to stop or switch
Shift to Darkmoor when your Act 2 equipment and run consistency make Tier 3 attempts practical.
