Elimination provides a repeatable mission route centered on Dreadnought fights, with the normal mission completion payout and any assignment progress.
PC / Global, current base game through Season 6
WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Elimination mission nodes at the Mission Terminal on Hoxxes IV.
In an Elimination mission, locate a Dreadnought cocoon, break it to start the fight, and defeat the boss before finishing the mission objective and extraction. The mission is not a separate bounty payout: its useful farming value is completing the mission and any matching assignment while collecting resources along the way. The number and encounter details can vary, so follow the objectives displayed for the selected mission.
Select an Elimination mission from the Mission Terminal.
Bring weapons and equipment you can use against a large boss target.
Check hazard level and mission modifiers before launching.
Have teammates ready to resupply and revive during a sustained encounter.
At the Mission Terminal, choose an Elimination node that matches an active assignment if you want assignment progress too.
Enter the cave and use the terrain scanner and team pings to locate the Dreadnought cocoon objective.
Clear nearby hazards and choose a fighting area with room to move before cracking the cocoon.
Break the cocoon to trigger the Dreadnought, then focus fire while avoiding its attacks and keeping teammates in view.
Use a resupply when the team needs ammunition; deposit collected Nitra before calling it.
Repeat the locate, prepare, trigger, and defeat sequence for each remaining cocoon required by the mission.
Complete the listed primary objective and call extraction; regroup on the route back to the Drop Pod.
Farming tips
Clear loose enemies and choose an open arena before triggering a cocoon so the fight is not compounded by avoidable pressure.
Collect Nitra during travel, then agree on resupply timing before the boss consumes the team’s ammunition.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable as long as Elimination missions are available in the rotation. Each run is a new mission and does not guarantee a specific rare reward.
Common mistakes
Opening a cocoon while split up can leave a teammate isolated; regroup before triggering it.
Focusing only on the boss can leave the primary objective unfinished; check the mission list after the final fight.
Calling resupply without enough deposited Nitra fails; confirm the team’s supply before requesting a pod.
When to stop or switch
Stop after completing the mission and any matching assignment step. If the team is low on ammunition or revives, extract rather than prolonging optional cave exploration.
