Repairing the harbor Riftstone improves pawn access and supports return trips while you explore Bitterblack Isle.
PC / Global, Dark Arisen edition with Bitterblack Isle
WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
At Bitterblack Isle harbor, northeast of the Notice Board and near the static Portcrystal.
The harbor Riftstone provides a local pawn service; it does not generate Rift Crystals. If the stone offers repair and you can pay its displayed cost, restoring it can make pawn recruitment more convenient for future Isle runs. Build the crystals you need through gameplay rewards or a completed Main Pawn adventure in another world. This applies to Dark Arisen with Bitterblack Isle; check the stone in-game for its current state and repair requirements.
Reach Bitterblack Isle and locate the harbor Riftstone.
Have Rift Crystals available if its repair option requires them.
Bring supplies and a party suited to the next Isle route.
Check whether repair is currently offered.
From the harbor Notice Board, head northeast to the Riftstone beside the static Portcrystal.
Interact with the stone and inspect its state, repair option, and displayed cost.
If repair is available and affordable, confirm using the in-game prompt.
Use the restored stone to recruit or adjust pawns for your next route.
Explore the Isle and collect Rift Crystals from gameplay rewards or drops; individual enemies are not guaranteed to provide them.
For another possible source, rest after your Main Pawn has completed an adventure in another world; the return and any crystals are conditional on that adventure.
Before the next excursion, check the harbor Riftstone again and decide whether its service is useful for your party.
Farming tips
The static Portcrystal handles travel and is separate from the Riftstone’s pawn service.
Pawn-return crystals arrive only after another player has taken your Main Pawn on an adventure; rest to synchronize the return.
Repeat, collect and use
Repair is a situational service, not an unlimited farm. Use it when offered and when you can afford the displayed cost. If you need more RC, earn it through Isle gameplay or wait for an eligible pawn return, then check again.
Common mistakes
Expecting the Riftstone to produce Rift Crystals; earn crystals through gameplay or eligible pawn returns before spending them on a repair.
Confusing the nearby static Portcrystal with the Riftstone; they provide different services.
Committing RC without checking the current repair prompt; verify the displayed requirement first.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the stone is usable for your current pawn needs, or defer repair if it is unavailable or its cost would delay a higher-priority use of Rift Crystals.
