Farm Survival armor drops

Survival extends waves on a completed map, giving repeated opportunities to find armor and convert unwanted pieces into mana.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Survival on a map with a completed Campaign mission and a lane layout your defenses can handle.

Armor farming in Survival is a longer version of the map’s defense loop. Choose a map you already understand and a difficulty your builders can hold. Check armor between waves, keep pieces that improve an active hero, and sell the rest after the run. Do not risk an established session for a small chance at another drop.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Clear the selected map’s Campaign mission to unlock Survival.
  • Build defenses able to cover its lanes through multiple waves.
  • Make inventory room for armor and other useful drops.
  1. Select the completed map and enter Survival at a stable difficulty.
  2. Use the opening build phase to cover lanes and gather available resources.
  3. Start a wave and watch defense health and crystal safety throughout combat.
  4. Between waves, inspect dropped armor and collect pieces that could improve a hero.
  5. Repair or reinforce lanes that showed damage before advancing.
  6. Continue while the defenses remain healthy and the armor drops justify the effort.
  7. Return to the Tavern, compare collected pieces with current gear, and sell surplus armor for mana.

Farming tips

  • Choose armor for the hero’s role and useful stats, not solely because its item level looks higher.
  • Survival is extended play; leave before a failing wave puts an entire run at risk.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat Survival runs while armor upgrades or sale proceeds are useful. Specific armor pieces and stat rolls are not guaranteed.

Common mistakes

  • Equipping every higher-level piece automatically: compare relevant stats first.
  • Ignoring repairs to inspect loot: secure the lane before advancing.
  • Keeping all armor: retain upgrades or planned gear and sell the rest.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you have filled the needed equipment slots or the map no longer yields meaningful upgrades.
