WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Merchants with Rune Arcs in stock, including the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold when available.
Some merchants sell a finite quantity of Rune Arcs, and the Twin Maiden Husks may offer stock when their inventory has been expanded. These are purchases rather than a repeatable farm: check the available stock, buy what fits your rune budget, and reserve the Arcs for a restored Great Rune you have equipped. Merchant inventory is not unlimited, so use exploration or co-op if you need a continuing supply.
Before you go Reach Roundtable Hold or the relevant merchant. Have enough runes for each listed Arc. Restore and equip a Great Rune if you intend to use the items immediately. Visit the Twin Maiden Husks and inspect their current shop inventory. Check other merchants you have encountered for Rune Arc stock. Compare the listed price and quantity with your immediate need. Buy only the Arcs you expect to use for a difficult boss or section. Store unused Arcs in inventory until your Great Rune is equipped and a useful attempt is near. Use one Arc from inventory when you want the equipped Great Rune’s effect active. Farming tips Merchant stock can be limited or conditional, so check the actual shop list rather than planning around unlimited supply. Cooperative boss victories and world exploration can supplement finite merchant purchases. Repeat, collect and use Merchant stock is limited; buy each available batch once. There is no rest-based merchant refill loop for these listed supplies.
Common mistakes Assuming every merchant carries Arcs: inspect inventory rather than making a long trip based on expectation. Spending runes on a large stockpile before your next upgrade: buy to meet a near-term need. Using an Arc without an equipped, restored Great Rune: prepare the rune first so the consumable has its intended effect. When to stop or switch Stop buying when available stock is exhausted or your planned reserve is covered; earn further Arcs through co-op or exploration.
