WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Churches of Marika and other churches across the Lands Between; look for the item at the statue within the church ruins.
Sacred Tears are fixed pickups at churches, commonly found at the statue inside the ruins. Collecting one and resting at a Site of Grace lets you increase Flask potency, so each use restores more health or FP. This is a permanent exploration progression path, not a renewable farm. The churches are spread through the Lands Between; collect the Tears along your route and use the grace menu to apply each upgrade when available.
Before you go Reach a church location you have not looted. Be able to travel safely through the surrounding region. Rest at a Site of Grace after pickup to apply the potency increase. Follow the region’s main roads and note church ruins visible along the route. Enter an unlooted church and approach the statue inside. Collect the Sacred Tear placed at the statue. Travel to a Site of Grace and rest. Choose the Flask potency option and apply the Tear if the menu allows it. Continue to the next unlooted church when later exploration takes you through the region. Farming tips Check churches as you pass through a new area; the pickups are fixed and easy to collect during normal travel. Golden Seeds serve a separate purpose by adding Flask charges, so pursue both upgrade types for a fuller flask setup. Repeat, collect and use Each church Tear is a one-time pickup. Continue to other churches for more; there is no respawn or repeat enemy route.
Common mistakes Leaving the item at the church: interact at the statue and collect it before moving on. Expecting extra charges: use the Tear for Flask potency at a grace; Golden Seeds increase capacity. Searching an already looted church for another Tear: move to a different uncollected church. When to stop or switch Stop when you have applied the available Tear or reached the current potency cap; switch to Golden Seed collection if you need more Flask uses.
