- A base location with storage for inputs and processed output.
A Charcoal Kiln converts gathered wood and dirt into useful production inputs, including charcoal, tar, and wood acid. Running batches at base turns common materials into supplies for later crafting.

Unlock the kiln after obtaining stone, place it at your base, and choose the output your current crafting plan needs. Gather wood and dirt, load the kiln according to its recipe panel, and collect the finished batch. Keep the process tied to a concrete use so you do not consume inputs on unwanted stock.
Repeat batches whenever the selected output is needed. The kiln is ongoing production, but each batch consumes its listed inputs.
Stop a product line when its current recipe demand is covered; switch the kiln to another output or pause it to preserve inputs.
