Where to farm
Battle > Side Story > current Special Side Story stages and exchange shop.
A Special Side Story offers a temporary stage-and-shop loop. Clear its missions, farm the event currency stage, then exchange that currency for items that match current account needs. Shop stock and event rewards vary, so make choices from the live client display rather than relying on a fixed list.
Have a Special Side Story event open in the Global client.
Unlock the event stage that awards its currency.
Identify which current shop items support a planned hero or gear goal.
Have Energy available for stage clears.
Open the event landing page and review its missions, stage list, and exchange shop.
Complete accessible event missions that award currency or unlock additional stages.
Choose a currency stage you can clear reliably and check its reward preview.
Repeat the stage to collect event currency, claiming the run rewards as they appear.
Open the event exchange and compare catalysts, artifacts, and other displayed stock against your current account bottlenecks.
Purchase priority items with the currency, checking the remaining stock and cost before confirming.
Return to the stage while useful shop stock remains, then make a final sweep before the event closes.

Repeat, collect and use
Repeat stage clears and purchases only during the event and while useful shop stock remains. The event shop is limited and closes with its event availability.
Common mistakes
Assuming last event's shop is still current: inspect the active shop before planning purchases.
Spending all currency on low-priority stock: reserve enough for catalysts or items tied to current goals.
Leaving currency unspent until closure: check the event end display and buy wanted items before access ends.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the desired stock is bought or the event ends; resume permanent Hunt or AP farming afterward.
