Rarefied Ash Soil is a timed level 100 Miner collectable in Living Memory. Plan the run around a specific use: an appraiser turn-in if the item is accepted, or a quantity for a recipe you have checked. The gathering interface shows collectability as you work, helping you decide when to stop spending GP. Separate turn-in stock from crafting stock before leaving the node.
Living Memory Dawntrail collectable-node locations, with in-game X/Y axes and the source clock’s Eorzean-time windows. Numbered markers identify gathering-node centers; nearby active nodes may appear as a cluster.

How to farm
Before you go
Level 100 Miner and access to Living Memory.
Collectable gathering unlocked.
Home World status and gear suitable for the node.
Check the Gathering Log for the Ash Soil window and set an alarm if needed.
Inspect current appraiser turn-ins or confirm the recipe that needs the soil.
Travel to Living Memory ahead of the window and use Truth of Mountains if needed.
Locate the node and choose Rarefied Ash Soil from its entries.
Build collectability with Miner actions, checking predicted rating and GP.
Gather enough for the chosen reward tier or counted recipe requirement.
Turn in accepted items and keep the recipe reserve in your inventory.
Farming tips
The node window is two Eorzean hours, so use the in-game clock rather than Earth time.
Confirm acceptance before making the soil your scrip route.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat at later node windows until the soil stock or accepted turn-in goal is met. Appraiser availability may change.
