WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Sap on the ground across Brookhollow Park; Acid Glands from appropriate creature drops; processing at a Workbench.
Bug Rubber is a refined Tier 1 material with a compact processing recipe. Collect Sap from the ground and obtain an Acid Gland from a suitable creature encounter, then craft both together at a Workbench. Since glands are creature drops and can be uncertain, plan the recipe around what you actually collect rather than expecting every fight to supply one. Grounded 2 Early Access can change recipes; verify the Workbench display before using your last gland.
One Sap and one Acid Gland per Bug Rubber according to the current recipe.
Combat gear for the creature source of Acid Glands.
Inventory space to carry both inputs.
Gather Sap from visible ground sources while traveling through the park.
Choose a manageable creature encounter that can provide an Acid Gland and prepare for combat.
Defeat the creature and harvest its remains; collect a gland only if it drops.
Return to the Workbench with both required inputs.
Open the Workbench crafting menu and confirm the Bug Rubber recipe and ingredient count.
Craft Bug Rubber from one Sap and one Acid Gland.
Store the refined material or use it in the recipe currently calling for it.
Farming tips
Collect Sap on routine trips so it is ready when a gland becomes available.
Analyze a first Acid Gland at a Ranger Outpost before spending it if its uses are not yet clear.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the ingredient and Workbench loop for each Bug Rubber needed. Sap is gathered from the ground; Acid Glands depend on creature drops and are not guaranteed per kill.
Common mistakes
Arriving at the Workbench with only Sap; the recipe also needs an Acid Gland.
Assuming every creature drops a gland; treat each as a possible outcome, not a certainty.
Spending an unfamiliar gland before research; analyze a first sample when practical.
When to stop or switch
Stop once you have the Bug Rubber required for the current craft, or pause the chain until another gland is available.
