WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
An overgrown greenhouse pot on shelves around O.G.R.R. and the GROW.R laser array area.
The Super Sour Seed is a special seed found in an overgrown greenhouse pot and can grow into a key lime tree. Treat the seed as a limited progression item: locate it in the greenhouse area around O.G.R.R., preserve it, and plant it only after garden access is available. The research supports the seed’s location and resulting tree, but not an exact route, fruit yield, or regrowth interval. This guide applies to Grounded 2’s Brookhollow Park Early Access content.
Access to the greenhouse area and the relevant GROW.R surroundings.
A garden area unlocked and available for planting.
Inventory space to carry the Super Sour Seed safely.
Reach the greenhouse area around O.G.R.R. when your progression allows access.
Inspect overgrown pots on the greenhouse shelves for the Super Sour Seed.
Pick up the seed and keep it separate from ordinary consumables or materials.
Return to the garden area once it is accessible.
Use the garden interaction to plant the seed in a suitable plot.
Allow the planted seed to establish into its key lime tree according to the current in-game system.
Collect Key Lime Chunks from available fruit and store them for recipes that require them.
Farming tips
Do not consume or discard the special seed before you have planted it.
Check the current garden interface for planting requirements; no fixed growth time is established here.
Repeat, collect and use
The seed is a one-time, limited find. After planting, collect fruit when available; the research does not establish a harvest schedule or guaranteed quantity.
Common mistakes
Treating the seed as ordinary food; retain it for planting.
Searching arbitrary park locations; the recorded target is an overgrown greenhouse pot around O.G.R.R.
Assuming a guaranteed fruit rate; collect only what the tree actually produces in your current build.
When to stop or switch
Stop searching once the seed is found and planted; return to the tree when fruit is available or when a recipe needs Key Lime Chunks.
