Choose one nearby marker or landmark at a time, search its accessible caves, ledges, and lab side rooms, then break any required molar with a hammer. The Milk Molar scanner can help after its BURG.L unlock; without it, work through map locations and visible areas methodically. Spend the collected molars at the ASL Terminal rather than leaving upgrade currency unused.
Before you go Hammer for molars that require breaking. Torch for dark interiors. SCA.B Scanner: Milk Molars upgrade for targeted scanning, unlocked through the Picnic BURG.L Chip. Choose a nearby Milk Molar marker or landmark to search. If unlocked, use the SCA.B scanner at a Field Station to narrow nearby targets; otherwise follow the map and inspect visible cave and lab entrances. Travel to one target area and check ledges, caves, and lab side rooms around it. Use a torch in dark spaces and keep an eye on the marker as you search. Break the molar with a hammer when needed, then collect it. Repeat at another nearby marker rather than crisscrossing the yard. Visit the Oak Lab ASL Terminal and spend the molars on character upgrades. Farming tips Search a small cluster of nearby targets in one outing to reduce backtracking. Keep a hammer and torch available so a found molar does not force an unnecessary return trip. Repeat, collect and use Milk Molars are limited collectibles, not renewable nodes. Continue the sweep at new locations until you have collected the molars you want to spend.
Common mistakes Assuming the scanner is available from the start: unlock the Picnic chip upgrade first, or search by landmark. Reaching a dark target without a light: bring a torch for caves and interior spaces. Forgetting to spend the pickup: return to the ASL Terminal to convert molars into upgrades. When to stop or switch Stop the sweep when the next upgrades are funded or nearby targets are exhausted; resume after unlocking access to new areas or the scanner.
