WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Adventure > Rift > Item Dungeon; also review current event and quest rewards.
Equipment strengthening consumes enhancement resources, and Strengthening Hammers are one way to improve gear. The Item Dungeon is a Rift activity for equipment-related rewards, but do not plan around a guaranteed hammer drop: the item can also come from other game rewards, and the exact result should be checked after each run. Select a piece of gear worth keeping before investing, then use the hammer through the equipment enhancement interface.
Check the item’s current enhancement level and the hammer inventory.
Open Adventure > Rift and select Item Dungeon.
Review the stage and any displayed reward information.
Clear or sweep a stage you can complete reliably.
Collect the results and check whether a Strengthening Hammer was awarded.
Claim available event and Adventure quest rewards that list relevant enhancement materials.
Open Equipment and select the weapon or accessory you plan to improve.
Choose the strengthening option and apply the hammer if the item is worth the investment.
Farming tips
The Item Dungeon is an equipment-resource run, not a promise of a hammer each time.
Concentrate enhancement on gear used by your active team; compare candidate pieces before consuming materials.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Item Dungeon clears while equipment resources are useful and you have Coffee. Hammer acquisition is not guaranteed per run; event and quest sources are limited to their available rewards.
Common mistakes
Expecting every Item Dungeon run to give a hammer: check the result and treat hammer stock as variable.
Enhancing gear you will replace immediately: choose equipment with a clear role in your current build.
Ignoring other sources: collect relevant quest and event rewards before spending extra resources.
When to stop or switch
Stop the Item Dungeon farm when the next equipment improvement is covered or another resource matters more. Switch to the appropriate Rift dungeon for that bottleneck.
