Where to farm
Scylla and the Sirens’ boss encounter at the end of Oceanus on the Underworld route.
Pearl is obtained by defeating Scylla and the Sirens at the end of Oceanus on the Underworld route. This is a boss reward, not a mining or plant pickup, so the method is to progress through the region and win the encounter. Before the night, check the Cauldron or upgrade list to confirm Pearl is still useful. After the fight, collect the reward and apply it to the recipe or upgrade that motivated the run.
Progress to the boss chamber at the end of Oceanus.
Prepare a build and resources suitable for completing the fight.
Identify a current recipe or upgrade that uses Pearl.
Choose the Underworld route and progress through Erebus into Oceanus.
Clear the region’s rooms while checking any resource targets relevant to the run.
Enter the boss encounter with Scylla and the Sirens at Oceanus’s end.
Fight through the encounter and defeat the boss group.
Collect the Pearl reward after victory.
Return to the Crossroads and check the Cauldron or upgrade menu for the intended use.
Spend the Pearl on the planned requirement when its other ingredients are ready.

A Pearl is tied to beating the regional boss, so prioritize completing the encounter over searching rooms for it.
Check the upgrade menu before the run so the boss reward feeds a current goal.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the Underworld route and defeat Scylla and the Sirens when another Pearl is needed for progression. This is a boss-clear reward, not a per-room gathering loop; collect it after victory and use it in the relevant Crossroads recipe or upgrade.
