Where to farm
Rooms with Lost Shades on eligible routes; interact using the Tablet of Peace.
The Tablet of Peace turns a Lost Shade encounter into a Psyche reward. It can be used across eligible dungeon routes, so gather Psyche during the route you already intend to take rather than searching for one special biome. When a Shade appears, approach it and complete the on-screen Tablet interaction successfully. Defeating enemies or passing the Shade does not grant the interaction reward. Spend Psyche toward Grasp or another current progression need at the Crossroads.
Unlock the Night’s Craftwork incantation and gathering tools at the Cauldron.
Unlock the Tablet of Peace through the gathering tools at the Silver Pool.
Have the Tablet available for the run; it can be used alongside another gathering tool.
Know whether Grasp or another progression goal is your current Psyche use.
Before starting, check that the Tablet of Peace is unlocked and available.
Choose a dungeon route based on your other goals; Psyche is not tied to one biome.
Watch each room for a Lost Shade encounter as you progress.
Approach the Shade and begin the Tablet of Peace interaction.
Follow the on-screen prompts and complete the interaction successfully.
Collect the Psyche reward and continue the route, watching for further Shades.
At the Crossroads, spend Psyche toward Grasp or the progression option you planned.
Farming tips
Use the Tablet when a Shade appears; ordinary combat does not award this interaction’s Psyche.
Frinos can increase the chance of Lost Shades appearing when equipped, as described in the game guide.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat during future runs whenever Psyche is useful. Shade encounters depend on the rooms encountered, and successful interaction is required each time. Collect the reward and apply it to Grasp or another displayed progression need.
Common mistakes
Attacking or ignoring the Shade: approach and use the Tablet interaction to receive Psyche.
Failing the prompt: follow the shown input changes and finish successfully.
Assuming a specific route guarantees Shades: collect them when encountered on the route you chose.
When to stop or switch
Stop prioritizing Psyche when the next planned Grasp or recipe requirement is met; keep the Tablet available for incidental encounters.
