WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Season 10 Ether Tree’s Chaos Tower branch, followed by Chaos Tower runs.
This is a setup-and-run loop for players who already use Chaos Tower. Earn Ether Points through eligible quests, plan a connected path to the Tower nodes that affect its mechanics or chest, then run the Tower and collect its rewards. The tree changes the activity; it does not guarantee a particular item.
Unlock Chaos Tower and be able to clear its encounters reliably.
Earn Ether Points from level progression and Hell-or-higher Ether Quests.
Read the current Chaos Tower node descriptions in the Ether Tree.
Plan the connected route, including any intermediate nodes.
Decide what Tower reward you want to improve and inspect the relevant Chaos Tower node descriptions.
Check the Quest Log for unfinished Ether Quests and earn enough points for a connected path.
Map the path to the chosen Tower node before spending points.
Allocate the nodes and confirm the desired effect is active.
Set the loot filter for personal upgrades and sellable rewards expected from Tower activity.
Run Chaos Tower at a difficulty you can clear consistently and collect the chest output.
Review useful drops and clear time over a consistent sample before investing further.
Farming tips
Node effects and values are season-sensitive; read the in-game Season 10 descriptions before allocating.
Do not select a general Magic Find path that disables mechanics if the Tower mechanic itself is the target.
Repeat, collect and use
The Ether Point quest rewards are limited to their listed completions, while Chaos Tower runs are repeatable when available. Chest contents vary; tree investment does not promise a named drop.
Common mistakes
Allocating an unreachable node: include the full connection path in the point budget.
Investing without actually running the Tower: the setup pays off only if the activity is part of your farm.
Assuming every chest is improved equally: verify the selected node’s current description and effect.
When to stop or switch
Stop investing when the desired Tower effect is active or the Tower no longer advances your next goal. Switch the tree plan and farm to the mechanic that matches your new target.
