Interastral Peace Guide > Survival Index > Calyx (Golden) > Bud of Memories.

Bud of Memories supplies character EXP materials through repeatable Trailblaze Power claims. Use it when a character’s levels are holding back a team you plan to use, rather than building an unplanned stockpile. Light Cone EXP comes from a different Golden Calyx, so check the stage title and reward icons before entering. The character screen shows both the next level cost and the Credits needed to apply the EXP items.

How to farm

Before you go

Unlock the Golden Calyx entry and have Trailblaze Power available.
Choose a character whose next level increase supports current progression.

Open the character’s level screen and note the planned level target.
In the Survival Index, select Calyx (Golden), then Bud of Memories.
Inspect available stage previews and choose one listing character EXP materials.
Review the encounter and prepare a team that can clear its waves reliably.
Defeat the enemies and spend Trailblaze Power at the reward prompt.
Use the collected materials on the selected character, checking the Credit cost.
Return to the Calyx only if that character or another planned unit still needs EXP.

Farming tips

Bud of Aether is for Light Cone EXP; verify Bud of Memories before queueing.
Prioritize characters in teams you actively use before leveling the wider roster.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeatable with Trailblaze Power and no weekly claim cap; stage availability depends on progression.

Common mistakes

Farming the wrong EXP type: Bud of Memories is for characters, while Bud of Aether is for Light Cones.
Using books on an unplanned unit: decide which character is the target before spending them.
Ignoring Credit costs: switch to Bud of Treasures if Credits prevent you from using the EXP.
