Farming steps
- Check the recipe, repair, or progression purchase and note the required essence tier.
- Open a realm at the matching progression tier; confirm its details at the portal.
- Travel through accessible areas and collect essence from wisps where practical.
- Complete encounters suited to your gear and collect their essence rewards.
- If still short, review surplus items and extract only those not needed for planned crafting.
- Return to a trader or progression interface and spend essence on the specific target.
- Convert excess higher-tier essence downward only if the game’s current interface offers that option and lower-tier stock is needed.
- Higher-tier essence does not replace lower-tier essence upward; gather the tier the purchase asks for.
- Do not enter a difficult realm solely for essence until your equipment can handle its threats.
