WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A replayable, appropriately high-level mission; Isle of Demons after story completion is one possible replay target.
Weapon proficiency grows through using a weapon in combat, and proficiency gates open additional Dojo training and skill access. Equip the weapon whose proficiency you need and deal damage in a mission with enemies you can handle. Higher-level enemies and missions improve proficiency gains, so use the strongest repeatable mission that remains safe and efficient for your character. This is a skill progression route, not a method for farming equipment. Check the skill and Dojo menus as progress accumulates so you can use newly unlocked training missions.
Unlock the Blacksmith and the weapon’s skill tree.
Equip the weapon type whose proficiency you want to raise.
Have access to a mission with enemies that provide a manageable combat challenge.
Open the weapon skill interface and note the proficiency requirement for the next goal.
Equip the target weapon before entering a mission.
Select a high-level mission you can complete without repeated deaths; higher enemy level supports faster proficiency gains.
Fight using the equipped weapon and deal damage across the mission.
Finish the mission and check the weapon proficiency total.
Visit the Dojo when a proficiency threshold opens training, then complete the relevant training mission.
Return to combat with the same weapon if another proficiency gate remains.
Farming tips
Keep the target weapon equipped throughout combat; changing weapons means progress goes to a different weapon type.
Prioritize a mission you can clear reliably, since a theoretical higher gain is no help if you cannot finish.
Repeat, collect and use
Combat proficiency is repeatable with any suitable mission and weapon. Dojo training unlocks are milestone activities rather than an endlessly repeatable proficiency payout.
Common mistakes
Expecting proficiency from merely carrying a weapon; use it to deal damage.
Farming for drops when the actual goal is a skill unlock; proficiency and equipment loot are separate goals.
Ignoring Dojo prompts after reaching a threshold; complete the unlocked training to access its skills.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you reach the proficiency and training unlock needed for your chosen skills, then switch to your normal gear if desired.
