WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
A powered Mining Operation Platform in your territory, with Digby Boy assigned through a territory securement unit.
Use the platform and Digby Boy as one operating setup: choose an ore the live platform interface offers, keep the setup running, and collect finished ore from the platform inventory. The available options depend on the active scenario and current game version, so plan around the ore choices actually shown in your territory.
A Mining Operation Platform with its required power supply.
A current ore target offered by the platform interface.
Storage space for collected ore.
Build the Mining Operation Platform in your territory and supply the power it requires.
Open the platform controls and review the ore choices available in your current scenario.
Select an ore that supports your next crafting or progression goal.
Place Digby Boy in a territory securement unit and make sure it is assigned to work at the platform.
Check the platform’s operating status; address any displayed issue before relying on continued production.
Return to the platform and collect completed ore from its inventory.
Process the ore or use it in the recipe you planned for, then set a new target if needed.
Farming tips
Tin and Aluminum were removed from relevant platform outputs in the April 8, 2026 update; follow the current in-game list rather than an older target plan.
Set a stock goal before choosing an ore so you know when to switch the platform to another listed option.
Repeat, collect and use
Renewable while the platform has power, Digby Boy is assigned, and the selected ore remains available. Collect stored output on later visits; production is not a one-time reward.
Common mistakes
Looking for gathered ore in Digby Boy’s securement unit: collect it from the Mining Operation Platform inventory.
Leaving Digby Boy assigned without checking the platform: confirm both assignment and operating status.
Planning around Tin or Aluminum output from old information: choose only an ore shown in the live platform controls.
When to stop or switch
Stop or switch the selected ore when your planned crafting stock is met, or when the active scenario no longer offers a workable platform target.
