Choose a creature by the material you need, then hunt it in its listed region. Wildlife drops differ by species, so a hunt for hides may not supply the same materials as one for meat or other drops. Collect the carcass output promptly and sort it at home for crafting or cooking.
Before you go Obtain a Bow and arrows and unlock the region where your target appears. Check which material the species provides before leaving. Leave inventory room for meat, hides, and other drops. Identify the needed material and select a species known to provide it. Check the creature’s listed habitat, then travel to the matching Kilima or Bahari area. Watch for the target and follow its movement while keeping the Bow ready. Fire arrows to hunt the creature, adapting your aim as it moves. Approach the carcass and collect its drops before they disappear. Sort the materials at home: keep hides for crafting and use meat for cooking or other planned purposes. Check current requests before selling or processing rare or useful drops. Farming tips Do not assume all wildlife yields the same materials; pick the species by the drop you need. Bring enough arrows for a search that may take multiple encounters. Repeat, collect and use Repeat hunts while you need more of a species’ materials; encounters and drops are not guaranteed per target.
Common mistakes Hunting a convenient species without checking its drops: match the target to the material. Letting a carcass despawn: collect drops immediately after the hunt. Spending all meat or hides before checking recipes and requests: reserve the amount needed first. When to stop or switch Stop once the crafting or cooking reserve is met, or change species if the required material is not in that creature’s drop set.
