Breach offers a concentrated fight with a stream of monsters and possible accessory rewards. Activate the purple hand, fight within the expanding encounter, and collect what drops before leaving the map. Catalysts can improve the quality of rings and amulets; Breach Rings are equipment to assess for your build. Neither is guaranteed in every encounter, so treat this as a repeatable way to add accessory options rather than a promised upgrade.
Before you go Reach Atlas mapping and access a map containing Breach. Have enough area damage and defenses to handle groups of monsters. Keep inventory space for accessories and currency. Open a map with Breach and find the purple clasped hand. Approach and activate the hand to begin the encounter. Stay near the expanding area and defeat the monsters it releases. Interact with Clasped Hands that appear during the fight when safe. Keep moving with the encounter and retreat if danger overtakes your defenses. Collect Catalysts, Breach Rings, Splinters, and other drops before leaving. Assess rings at your hideout and save Catalysts for accessories worth improving. Farming tips Area clear helps defeat more enemies, but survival matters more than chasing the edge of the Breach. Check a ring’s base and modifiers before using Catalysts or keeping it as an upgrade. Repeat, collect and use Repeat in maps containing Breach or use an eligible Breach Tablet. Rewards vary; no particular Catalyst or Ring is guaranteed per encounter.
Common mistakes Standing still while the Breach expands; keep moving and clear nearby monsters. Ignoring Clasped Hands; interact with them during the event when safe, since they can yield rewards. Using Catalysts on every accessory; reserve them for an item worth improving. When to stop or switch End the encounter when its danger outweighs what you can clear safely. Switch to easier maps or another activity when your accessory needs are met.
