Ritual turns monsters killed near an altar into a repeated fight. Defeat that resurrected group to earn Tribute, then review the Favour Shop for useful gear, currency, or Omens. Omens offer specialized crafting effects, but shop stock and Tribute vary; this is an opportunity to find a needed item, not a guaranteed Omen source. Clear the altar area before activating it and decide what kind of reward could help you. Tribute is spent at the shop, while purchased crafting items must be used separately on appropriate gear.
Before you go Reach Atlas mapping and enter a map containing Ritual. Be able to survive repeated fights in the altar’s confined area. Have a gear or crafting goal that could use a shop offer. Check Tablet eligibility if using one to add Ritual. Find an altar and note the area inside its boundary. Defeat nearby monsters within that area before activating the altar. Activate it and defeat the resurrected group to earn Tribute. Repeat at other altars in the map, if present, before opening the shop. Review the Favour Shop offers and compare them with your current needs. Spend Tribute on a useful Omen, gear piece, or other listed reward. Take purchased items to your hideout and use or assess them for your planned upgrade. Farming tips Later altars can include earlier sacrifices, increasing the group you face and the Tribute pool. Review all offers before spending; an Omen is valuable when its effect fits a real crafting plan. Repeat, collect and use Repeat Ritual maps and spend the Tribute earned in each run. Shop offers and Tribute totals vary, and an Omen is not guaranteed per map.
Common mistakes Activating before clearing monsters in the altar area; defeat them inside its boundary first. Spending Tribute without checking the shop; compare available offers before buying. Taking repeated altar fights with weak defenses; choose an easier map or leave if unsafe. When to stop or switch Stop spending when the shop has no offer useful to your current needs. Switch activities if you have no immediate use for Ritual gear or Omens.
