Before you go

Read the seed information and check its planting window for the current month before choosing a crop.
Choose a yard where zombies are unlikely to trample the bed and where you can inspect it routinely.
Prepare the soil with an appropriate tool and sow the seed using the in-game interaction.
Mark the crop type and planting date so you know what is growing and when to check it.
