WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Campaign and Adventure Mode areas, with spending and material checks at Rigs and Ace in Ward 13.
World exploration supplies Iron through drops and chests. The required grade changes as equipment is upgraded, so gather toward the tier shown by Rigs rather than assuming every weapon needs the same material. Ace can convert lower-tier Iron when an upgrade requires a higher grade, making surplus stock useful instead of wasted.
Know the Iron tier currently requested by that equipment.
Explore world areas with enemies and chests to search.
Before leaving Ward 13, check Rigs’ next upgrade cost for the weapon or armor you intend to improve.
Travel through Campaign or Adventure areas and clear encounters along your route.
Inspect chests and enemy drops for Iron, collecting the materials you find.
Return to Ward 13 and compare your inventory against the displayed cost.
If the needed grade is short but lower-grade Iron is available, check Ace’s conversion service.
Convert only the amount required for the near-term upgrade, then pay Rigs the Iron and Scrap cost.
Check the next displayed tier before repeating the field-gathering loop.
Farming tips
Iron grades correspond to equipment progression; let the bench’s cost determine what to gather.
Avoid converting every lower-grade unit if another weapon may still need it.
Repeat, collect and use
World drops can be gathered again through continued exploration and Adventure rerolls. The exact quantity and tier available can vary with progression and loot.
Common mistakes
Gathering the wrong tier: verify the next upgrade at Rigs before setting out.
Ignoring Ace’s conversion service: check whether surplus lower-grade Iron can cover a shortfall.
Upgrading without accounting for Scrap: gather both parts of the displayed cost.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the intended equipment reaches the level you need or when the next tier’s cost is better spent elsewhere.
