Collect Paleohall upgrade materials
Wilderness > Paleohall upgrade screen; named story stages 2-14, 3-15 and 4-21, plus Traces.
Before you go
- Unlock the Wilderness and Paleohall.
- Reach the point where the next Paleohall upgrade is available.
- Have access to the relevant story stages or uncollected Traces.
Farming steps
- Open the Paleohall and read its next upgrade requirement.
- Check your inventory for the named building material and note the shortfall.
- Review story stages 2-14, 3-15 and 4-21 for the displayed material reward.
- Choose an available named stage that awards the needed resource and clear it.
- Collect any accessible Traces that contribute to the requirement.
- Return to the Paleohall and check whether the material threshold is met.
- Apply the upgrade and inspect which production-building level it unlocks.
- Combine stage farming with Traces instead of assuming either source alone will finish the requirement.
- Use the Paleohall panel as the authority for the current cost and eligibility.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat for each available Paleohall upgrade. This is a finite progression chain; stop once the desired structure levels are unlocked or the building reaches its cap.
Common mistakes
- Farming before reading the exact requirement: check the current shortfall first.
- Ignoring Traces: collect available ones when they contribute to the same building goal.
- Upgrading without a production goal: prioritize levels that unlock or improve useful income buildings.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the next Paleohall upgrade is applied and it has opened the intended building progression; switch back to passive collection when no useful upgrade remains.
