Where to farm

Use the Compound Generator on Sky Meadow to open the matching Artifact Portal to Bulwark’s Ambry.

Artifacts are unlocked through a separate code-and-trial track, not through survivor skill challenges or ordinary item farming. Find the code for the Artifact you want, enter it at the Compound Generator on Sky Meadow, then take the Artifact Portal to Bulwark’s Ambry. Inside, the trial requires collecting Artifact Keys that spawn from enemies and using them at the Reliquary. Keys must be picked up promptly, so keep track of drops during the fight. Completing the trial unlocks that Artifact for future runs, where it can change the rules of a run.

How to farm

Before you go

Reach Sky Meadow in a run.
Know the code for the Artifact you want to unlock.
Combat readiness for the Ambry trial and its enemy waves.

Identify the code associated with the target Artifact before beginning the trial run.
Reach Sky Meadow and find the Compound Generator in the environment.
Enter the code into the generator and activate it to open the Artifact Portal.
Enter the portal to arrive in Bulwark’s Ambry and locate the Artifact Reliquary.
Defeat enemies and watch for Artifact Keys; pick each key up quickly when it appears.
Bring the keys to the Reliquary and use them to damage it, repeating the fight-and-key process.
Destroy the Reliquary, then verify that the Artifact is unlocked in the selection menu.

Farming tips

Choose the target Artifact before entering; each code opens its own trial and unlock.
Keep moving during the trial, but check the arena for dropped keys so they are not overlooked.

Repeat, collect and use

Each Artifact unlock is a one-time permanent addition. You can run the trial again for practice or with an already unlocked Artifact active, but completion does not grant a second copy.

Common mistakes

Entering an incorrect or different code; confirm the intended Artifact before using the generator.
Treating the Artifact trial as an ordinary stage reward; destroy the Reliquary to unlock the Artifact.
Leaving keys on the ground; collect spawned keys promptly and use them on the Reliquary.
