Crimson Throne in eastern Shuruk-Ba, reached after Heralds of Crimson.

The Ghrazi Blood Knights are a duo endgame encounter in eastern Shuruk-Ba. The unique rewards are tied to the boss fight, but the encounter has an important loot-handling risk: drops appear below the knight you personally dealt the most damage to, and can be lost if the instance empties. Treat coordination and loot collection as part of every kill, especially when learning the fight or farming at a higher enrage.

How to farm

Before you go

Complete Heralds of Crimson to access the encounter.
A partner is required because the encounter is duo-only.
Bring gear, supplies and combat setup appropriate for an endgame boss.

Complete the quest and travel to the Crimson Throne in eastern Shuruk-Ba.
Form a duo and agree on roles and a manageable starting difficulty.
Enter the boss instance together and learn the paired encounter mechanics.
Defeat both knights while tracking which knight you personally dealt the most damage to.
After the kill, locate the loot beneath the knight you personally dealt the most damage to.
Collect the loot before both players leave or the instance closes.
Review the drop and adjust your next attempt or enrage only when the duo is ready.

Farming tips

Keep at least one player in the instance until all drops have been collected.
Use a difficulty your duo can complete consistently, and check the selected mode in the encounter interface before entering.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat the duo encounter for unique drops; the source material does not establish a guaranteed timeline for any specific unique.

Common mistakes

Both players leaving early: inspect and collect the loot before the instance empties.
Searching beneath the wrong knight: prioritize the one that took more damage.
Raising difficulty too quickly: settle into reliable kills before increasing enrage.
