Before you go
- One Yellow Berry and three Green Berries for each Basic Harvesting Tea batch.
- A Mixing Table or Cooking Workbench.
- A planned hunting or corpse-harvesting outing where the temporary yield effect will be useful.
Farming steps
- Grow or collect Green and Yellow Berries and reserve the tea ingredients before eating or selling the harvest.
- Gather a batch with one Yellow Berry and three Green Berries per intended Basic Harvesting Tea.
- Move the berry inputs to a Mixing Table or Cooking Workbench.
- Select the Basic Harvesting Tea recipe and mix the berries into a tea.
- Store the finished tea for an outing where corpse harvesting is part of the route, rather than drinking it during unrelated base work.
- Consume the tea before harvesting the relevant corpses so the temporary effect can apply during that work.
- Return with the gathered materials, then replenish the berry stock and repeat when another harvesting run is planned.
- This conversion uses a different output goal from simply harvesting berries as food: hold the recipe ratio aside before spending the crop.
- The tea effect is temporary, so prepare it around the activity instead of consuming it far in advance.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat by reserving the recipe berries, mixing a batch, and using it during a planned corpse-harvesting trip. Do not count the temporary boost as a guaranteed fixed amount of extra loot.
Common mistakes
- Using the yellow berry in meals before reserving the recipe: set aside one Yellow and three Green per batch first.
- Mixing the tea but leaving it until after the harvest: activate the temporary effect before harvesting.
- Treating it as a berry farm replacement: this is a processing step that depends on the separate crop or foraging supply.
When to stop or switch
Stop mixing when you have enough tea for the planned harvesting activity or when berry stock is needed for food and other recipes.
