Unlock and place a Packager where Liquid Biofuel can reach it.
Supply Empty Canisters to the machine.
Select Packaged Liquid Biofuel as the active recipe.
At 100% clock, each batch consumes 2 m³ Liquid Biofuel and 2 Empty Canisters and produces 2 packaged items; the listed rate is 40 items per minute.
Send the output to vehicle fueling, Jetpack use, or another transport destination.
Unpackage in a Packager when needed to recover Liquid Biofuel and Empty Canisters.

Replenish liquid and canisters, clear output, and return recovered canisters to packaging.
