Packaged Liquid Biofuel converts Liquid Biofuel into a solid item for alternative transport. It can be used as fuel for vehicles and the Jetpack. The default recipe runs in a Packager and consumes Liquid Biofuel plus Empty Canisters; unpackaging returns the liquid and canisters. The limiting inputs are the Liquid Biofuel supply and the container loop, rather than a deposit of packaged product.
