Arrange a supply of Copper Sheets from their production line.
Route Plastic to the same factory area and buffer enough for the board line.
Build and power an Assembler, then select Circuit Board.
Connect both ingredient inputs and verify the 2:4 ratio per batch.
Collect output and route it to Computers, Adaptive Control Units, or High-Speed Connectors as needed.
Expand input delivery if the Assembler repeatedly pauses for either ingredient.

At 100% clock, the recipe consumes 15 Copper Sheets and 30 Plastic per minute and produces 7.5 Circuit Boards per minute.
Crystal Computer and Silicon High-Speed Connector are optional alternate recipes listed as consumers, not default Circuit Board recipes.

Run the Assembler while either its buffer or downstream electronics demand calls for boards; replenish both inputs together.

Do not look for Circuit Boards on the resource map; manufacture them in an Assembler.
Do not supply Copper Sheets while neglecting Plastic, or vice versa; either shortage stops output.

Stop or throttle production when the Circuit Board buffer satisfies the next electronics build or storage target.
