- Build Windstad Manor and construct the Fish Hatchery as part of its outdoor homestead features.
- Bring fish or eggs for a species supported by the hatchery.
- Interact with the hatchery and release the chosen species into the water.
- Leave the manor and pursue other activities while the hatchery produces additional stock.
- Return to the hatchery and collect the available fish or aquatic ingredients.
- Use the harvest in a recipe, cooking, or alchemy as appropriate to the item.
- Restock the hatchery when the target supply is depleted and you want another production cycle.
- Choose a species for a recipe you actually use; aquatic ingredients have different applications.
- Keep this loop tied to Windstad visits rather than treating it as a substitute for every ingredient source.
