Operations > Mind Refinement; spend Elite Personnel Limit in the Elite Logistics Officer shop.
Mind Refinement provides two connected progression outputs: Elite Personnel Limit for the Elite Logistics Officer shop and progress toward a bonus logistics piece associated with the selected squad. The piece’s stats are random, so use the mode when the shop currency or a chance at that squad piece fits your build plan. Check the live interface for stage access and rewards before committing runs.
Mind Refinement is unlocked and a stage is available.
You have a squad selected for the logistics piece you want to pursue.
The Elite Logistics Officer shop lists a useful officer or you value the bonus piece chance.
Open Operations > Mind Refinement and inspect the available stages and rewards.
Select the logistics squad whose bonus piece would support a current operative build.
Enter an available stage and complete its encounter.
Collect the stage result and verify the Elite Personnel Limit gain.
Check progress toward the bonus logistics piece for the selected squad.
Continue with available stages while the result remains useful to your plan.
Open the Elite Logistics Officer shop and exchange accumulated currency for a needed officer.
