WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Operations stage whose reward preview lists the missing operative EXP or weapon upgrade material.
Operations material stages are best used for a specific missing item. Start from the operative or weapon upgrade screen so you know whether the bottleneck is EXP or a weapon material, then choose a stage whose reward preview lists that item. After clearing, return to the upgrade screen and spend the materials on the planned unit or weapon. This avoids farming a broad stockpile without a near-term use.
You have an operative or weapon selected for improvement.
Its upgrade screen identifies the exact missing material.
An unlocked Operations stage lists that material in its reward preview.
Open the target operative or weapon’s upgrade screen.
Record the exact missing item and amount shown by the interface.
Open Operations and inspect material-stage reward previews.
Select a stage that explicitly lists the missing item and that you can clear.
Complete the stage and collect the result.
Recheck your inventory and repeat only if the upgrade still lacks the item.
Return to the upgrade screen and apply the material to the intended level or weapon enhancement.
Farming tips
Focus investment on the core team and weapons that support your current clears.
Check the upgrade requirement again after each batch; you may have enough before spending all available Presence.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable while the relevant Operations stage is unlocked and you have the stamina or entries required; output is limited by the stage’s displayed rewards.
Common mistakes
Choosing a stage from its name alone: verify the reward preview lists the needed item.
Farming after the upgrade requirement is met: check inventory before another run.
Spreading materials across the full roster: apply them to a specific team priority.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the target upgrade can be completed or when a different shortage becomes the next bottleneck.
