Where to farm
Food and Dining Bunker, on a desk in the office or security room beyond the flooded passage.
The card is inside the Food and Dining Bunker, beyond an entrance that requires the Maintenance Keycard and a flooded passage that requires the Rebreather. Prepare for bunker enemies and carry Air Tanks before entering the water. Search the office or security room beyond the passage and keep the card for later doors.
Food and Dining Bunker: match the GPS position and rock entrance before descending toward the VIP Keycard area. The source is a 2023 entrance reference; check access requirements in the guide.

How to farm
Before you go
Maintenance Keycard for the secured entrance.
Rebreather and Air Tanks for the flooded passage.
Weapon, healing, and inventory space for bunker exploration.
Locate the Food and Dining Bunker between the west and north beaches.
Enter the bunker and use the Maintenance Keycard at its secured door.
Before the flooded corridor, equip the Rebreather and check your Air Tank supply.
Swim through the flooded passage and continue into the non-flooded office or security area.
Search the desk and collect the VIP Keycard.
Keep the card in your inventory for compatible secured doors in the bunker network.
Exit with your Rebreather unequipped only after you are clear of the water.
Farming tips
The Maintenance Keycard is the access prerequisite; the Rebreather handles the separate water barrier.
Carry enough Air Tanks for the flooded section and return route.
Repeat, collect and use
One-time progression pickup; the VIP Keycard is retained and is not consumed when used on compatible doors.
Common mistakes
Attempting the entrance without the Maintenance Keycard; retrieve it from Maintenance A first.
Entering the flooded passage without the Rebreather; equip it before swimming.
Leaving without checking the office desk; the pickup is in the room beyond the water.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the VIP Keycard is collected and you have exited the flooded section; continue to a secured door when ready.
