WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Farm plots and the Farming skill tree in Sun Haven.
Planting, watering, harvesting, and animal care support Farming progression. Skill points let you choose perks, and Farming levels unlock recipes that include sprinklers and Rain Cloud. Treat these as progression tools rather than starter equipment: first build experience through normal farm work, then check which recipe or spell is available to you. Choose perks and unlocks to address the work that currently slows your farm.
Access to farm activities such as crops or animals.
Farming experience and an available skill point for a perk choice.
Farming progression sufficient to unlock the desired recipe or spell.
Plant and tend crops or care for farm animals as part of your normal routine.
Harvest crops and continue farm work to gain Farming experience.
Open the Farming skill tree when you have a point available.
Choose a perk that suits your current need, such as crop handling or farm care.
Check the farming recipes unlocked by your progression.
Craft unlocked farming tools when you have their listed materials.
When Rain Cloud becomes available, use it to water eligible plots and check uncovered beds separately.
Farming tips
Choose a perk for the farm task you actually repeat most; a field that is already automated may need a different focus.
Check current unlocks in the skill and crafting interfaces before gathering for a recipe.
Repeat, collect and use
Farm work and skill gains repeat as you play; skill points and unlocks are progression milestones rather than a crop harvest loop.
Common mistakes
Expecting Rain Cloud at the start overlooks its Farming progression gate; build Farming progress and check the unlock.
Spending a point without considering your current bottleneck can make the perk less useful; identify the farm task you want to improve.
Assuming an unlocked recipe is already crafted skips material gathering; review its recipe and make the item first.
When to stop or switch
Stop investing in a particular Farming perk or spell plan when it no longer addresses your current workload; resume when your fields or animal care make it useful.
