A complete Relic or Monster Charm provides its per-piece effects plus an additional completion bonus. This progression step turns collected matching fragments into a finished item and then into a compatible equipment enhancement.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Character inventory, where Relic and Charm pieces can be combined and their requirements inspected; compatible equipment slots receive the completed item.
Use the item’s own tooltip to determine the exact number of matching pieces and the bonus granted on completion. Combine only fragments with the same name, review the completed bonus, and attach it to equipment that supports the item. This is fragment completion, not artifact crafting from an Arcane Formula.
Own matching pieces of one named Relic or Monster Charm.
Read its tooltip for piece count, completion bonus and applicable gear.
Have suitable non-epic or non-legendary equipment if you intend to attach the result.
Leave enough inventory space for the combined item.
Open the inventory and identify the exact Relic or Charm you want to finish.
Read its tooltip and note the displayed piece requirement and completion bonus.
Gather or retrieve only fragments with that same item name.
Combine the matching pieces when the requirement is met to create the complete item.
Inspect the finished item again to confirm its added completion bonus.
Apply it to a compatible piece of equipment whose slot and stats suit the bonus.
Farming tips
Bonuses vary by item; choose based on the displayed effect rather than a general rule about Relics or Charms.
Save a copy of especially useful equipment before applying an enhancement if you may want to compare alternatives.
Repeat, collect and use
Each completed Relic or Charm is a one-time result from its required matching fragments. More copies can be made by collecting another full set; the completion bonus is item-specific.
Common mistakes
Mixing different fragment names: only identical pieces combine, so keep sets sorted.
Assuming a universal fragment count: follow the tooltip for the specific item.
Confusing this process with artifact crafting: artifacts require a separate Arcane Formula and reagents at an Enchanter.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the required bonus is active on suitable gear, or continue collecting another set only if a second compatible item needs the same effect.
