WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm A campaign or endgame boss dungeon that your character has already unlocked.
Boss dungeon farming depends on being able to revisit an area after its instance has reset. The practical loop is to clear a known dungeon, leave for other content, then return and confirm that the boss route is available again. Enemy drops and any chests are random, so this is a general loot route rather than a guaranteed way to obtain a named item. If the dungeon does not reset on return, continue elsewhere instead of assuming it has refreshed.
Before you go Unlock and complete the dungeon route once. Have gear suited to the dungeon’s enemies and boss. Know an alternate area or activity to visit between attempts. Enter the unlocked dungeon and follow its route to the boss. Defeat the boss and collect visible drops and accessible chest loot. Leave the dungeon and travel to another dungeon or map rather than immediately repeating the same instance. Return to the original entrance and check whether the area has reset. If it has, clear the route and boss again, inspecting drops before leaving. If it has not, continue other content and revisit later. Farming tips A reset is an area-state condition, not a guaranteed result of a single town trip; verify it in game. Choose a boss route you can finish quickly and safely so repeat attempts remain worthwhile. Repeat, collect and use Repeat when the dungeon instance has reset. Boss drops and chest contents are random; the route does not guarantee a specific item.
Common mistakes Re-entering before the instance resets and expecting a fresh boss; check the area and spend time elsewhere. Leaving without collecting the boss loot; inspect the room before exiting. Treating a general boss route as a targeted drop guarantee; use it for broad loot and stop if the item hunt is too uncertain. When to stop or switch Switch to another dungeon or Mapworks run if the boss instance remains unchanged or repeated clears no longer produce useful upgrades.
